By accessing truthaboutgrief.com, purchasing any product or service, or subscribing to my email list, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Karen Sibal / The Truth About Grief.

• In-person outdoor wellness sessions (Root to Rise)

• A 75-Minute Holistic Grief Assessment (virtual or in-person)

• Books available for purchase digitally and via Amazon

• A free weekly email newsletter

• Content published on Substack and LinkedIn

All content, products, and services offered by The Truth About Grief are for educational, informational, and wellness support purposes only. Nothing I offer constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. I am not a licensed therapist, physician, or lawyer. 4. Digital Products Upon purchase of any digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any digital product without written permission. All digital product sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

5. Root to Rise — Outdoor Wellness Sessions

Sessions run rain or shine in mild weather and move to a covered pavilion in inclement conditions. Sessions are cancelled only when conditions are genuinely unsafe. In the event of a full cancellation, registered guests will be notified as early as possible and fully refunded. All other sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By registering for a Root to Rise session, participants acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical activity carries inherent risks including the risk of injury

• Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability for participation

• Participants are advised to consult their physician before participating if they have any health concerns

• Sessions take place in public outdoor spaces and Karen Sibal / Sibal Healthcare Group Inc. does not assume liability for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring during or as a result of participation

• Participation is entirely voluntary and participants assume all risks associated with outdoor physical activity

6. 75-Minute Holistic Grief Assessment

This session is a holistic wellness assessment and does not constitute therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once.

7. WhatsApp Support The 7 Day Grief Insomnia Solution includes optional WhatsApp support for the duration of the 7-day program only. This support is for guidance and encouragement and does not constitute therapy or crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional immediately.

8. Payment Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. Karen Sibal / The Truth About Grief does not store your payment information. All payments are non-refundable and all sales are final unless otherwise stated. The 75-Minute Holistic Grief Assessment may be rescheduled once with more than 24 hours notice.

9. Intellectual Property All content on truthaboutgrief.com, including written content, guides, audio recordings, program materials, and branding, is the sole property of Karen Sibal and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, Karen Sibal and The Truth About Grief shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any content, product, or service. All content and services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to These Terms I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of my website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
